Very generous portions, fresh pasta made on-site, affordable prices and super friendly service... What more could I possibly ask for? This is a hidden gem in the heart of Cibolo! I highly recommend their spinach and cheese ravioli and their tiramisu. Excellent stuff! We will be back whenever we drive through the area.

Coming from NJ, I’m quite picky about what is and is not solid Italian food. We’ve had a really difficult time finding good Italian here in the Schertz/Cibolo area but this food truck is absolutely legit. We’ve been three times now and the food has never disappointed us. Great for enjoying outside the truck at a table or taking home. The owners are incredibly hospitable and the food is made fresh from scratch. You will not be disappointed! Give them a try if you’re looking for quality authentic Italian food!

First off, the owners genuinely care about their customers. They aim to please. This about the 5th or 6th time I’ve ordered food from them and the food is delicious. Everything is made fresh and in a very reasonable time. This time I ordered the Chicken Parmesan & it was perfect. I will definitely try to order more from them. To the owners, thank you for the great food and the friendly service.

We had previously door dashed from here, and decided to go in person this time and it was just as good if not better than the first time. I initially bought the chicken Alfredo which I love, but I tried my husbands lasagna and I had to get it too!! It was delicious! Best of all because the pasta is made fresh it doesn’t sit heavy after eating. It was so so good!!
